Biography

So Young graduated from Brooklyn Law School in May 2005 and received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College, Columbia University in 2001. Upon graduating from law school, she worked for the Administration for Children's Services as an Agency Attorney, representing Family Court Legal Services in child welfare proceedings, all the while learning invaluable skills such as time management over her 100+ cases, trial preparation, and working with various parties such as social workers, opposing attorneys, and court personnel. So Young took a hiatus from practicing law so that she could raise her two children and help care for her parents and extended family.

Upon her return to the legal field, she worked for the Law Office of Danielle Leventhal Elias and then became an associate attorney at Grimaldi Yeung Law Group LLP as part of its Estate Administration Department. She also assisted in other practice areas of the firm such as estate planning and Medicaid planning. She is excited to join Korsinsky and Klein LLP to help serve elders and their families in the community, both in Brooklyn and Staten Island. So Young is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

So Young lives with her family in Staten Island. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending her son's soccer and volleyball games, her daughter's ice skating and dance events, and playing with their rescue dog.
