Michael Korsinsky Spoke at Israel America Foundation’s Summer Meeting
On Thursday, August 22, 2019, Attorney and founding partner, Michael Korsinsky, of Korsinsky & Klein, LLP spoke on the topic of Trusts at the Israel America Foundation’s Estate and Financial Planning Seminar. The theme was “A Life-Well-Lived in the Jewish Tradition Can Only Occur, if Preparation is taken to make the end of life Good!”
Mr. Korsinsky discussed how a Trust can be used to protect an individual’s assets or property in the event that a disabling condition such as Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s Disease requires hiring of Aides, which can quickly deplete funds. Assets sheltered by the Trust will not be touched even though Medicaid is applied for and used.

A Care Giver’s Primer presented by Ohel Lifetime Care
On Tuesday, June 25th, Korsinsky & Klein LLP founding partner Joseph Klein, presented at the seminar “A Caregiver’s Primer… Legal, Financial & Emotional Challenges.” The event began at 7:30PM and took place at Young Israel of Staten Island. Mr. Klein manages the Elder Law group which includes handling all aspects of Elder Law planning and Medicaid planning.
Health & Wellness Seminar on Behalf of the Ohel Bais Ezra Lifetime Care Division
On Tuesday, June 11th, Korsinsky & Klein Founding Partner, Joseph Klein presented at a Health & Wellness Seminar on behalf of the Ohel Bais Ezra Lifetime Care Division. The seminar took place at the YI Forest Hills Senior League and presenters addressed the financial, legal and emotional aspects of wellness in older adults.
