In December 2019, I was in need of estate planning for my octogenarian parents and I was referred by a family friend to the firm of Korsinsky & Klein LLP.

My parents and I met with Joseph Klein, Esq. to discuss our situation and to secure his advice as to the best way to achieve our objectives. Following a detailed discussion, Mr. Klein recommended the establishment of an Irrevocable Trust as the appropriate vehicle. He took great pain in carefully explaining to us the workings of an irrevocable trust. Throughout the process, he was attentive, patient and responsive to all of our questions and the Irrevocable Trust was established in January 2020.

During early 2021, my mom’s health had deteriorated to the point that she required professional home care. Once again, I contacted the firm of Korsinsky & Klein LLP to seek assistance. I was referred to Tracy Conners, Medicaid Specialist who worked tirelessly and diligently to secure Medicaid eligibility for my parents. Throughout the complex application process, Tracy was always available to answer all of our questions and assist us in completing the documentary requirements. Tracy secured a favorable decision from Medicaid and my Mom is now receiving the home care that she needs.
