In a recent contested probate proceeding, Korsinsky & Klein, LLP successfully upheld the will on behalf of our client.

Our client petitioned to probate the will, purporting it to be the last will and testament of the deceased and the court deemed the will properly executed. In this litigation, there was much resistance and it was heavily litigated.
